- Hors du feu, ajouter aux épinard les champignons, le poulet coupé en petit morceau et la crème fraîche.
- Remettre sur le feu doux jusqu'à ébullition de la crème.
- Verser le mélange sur la pâte cuite.
- Saupoudrer le fromage râpé.
- Remettre au four pour que le fromage fondre.
