- 100 ml vin blanc sec
- 2 bouillons de poule
- 100 g parmesan
- 600 ml d’eau
- 1 c à s de crème

- 2 échalotes
- Sel, poivre

- Faire revenir l’oignon et les échalotes émincées avec une noisette de beurre en mode doré.

- Une fois le vin absorbé, pour ma part j’ai fais bouillir les 600ml d’eau pour y diluer les 2 cubes de bouillon pour les ajouter dans le riz.
- Une fois le bouillon ajouté, mettez à cuire sous pression pendant 9min. À la fin ajouter parmesan, crème, sel et poivre. Remuez et servez chaud !
- Facultatif : j’ai ajouté du persil et coriandre frais hachés avant de servir.
